Michelle is one busy woman! As co-founder of Bangalay Luxury Villas in beautiful Shoalhaven Heads near Sydney, Michelle runs the Villas with husband Tom and a staff of 50, plus 4 kids of her own, including a toddler! My aim was to chat with Michelle about cultivating wellness, but it turns out Michelle is much more pragmatic than that, and it was refreshing to hear her turn the idea of self-care into more about paying attention to important relationships, and becoming more self-aware, rather than necessarily taking on spa days and turmeric lattes!
